After doing the Bardic grade of the OBOD twice in the last 10+ years, it is coming to an end next month, and I have only just realised it. I thought the path was still a bit longer and when I received my new lessons today, I thought "hang on a minute...".
The first time I embarked on the journey, I managed to get to the very end but finishing it just did not feel right at the time. So last year, I decided to try it again. Many years older, not necessarily wiser, I feel ready now.
And I am sooo exciting for this last step on my Bardic journey, to finish the last lessons and face what's to come. And hopefully be able to start a new journey as an Ovate.
I will - if I don't forget (you know me!) - write an update on how everything went, how I felt about the whole journey and the step into the next world.
I can't wait...
